LVUSC Mission Statement
LVUSC exists to serve the community of Long Valley and welcomes those from other communities who wish to enhance their technical and tactical soccer skills through a competitive team environment.  LVUSC will provide an environment in which young athletes will develop the skills necessary for success on the field and beyond, including sportsmanship, fair play, leadership, character, and team work, thereby helping our young athletes to achieve their full potentialThe Club will provide facilities for and strive to deliver the utmost in professionalism from its coaches, trainers and representatives.  Equally important,the Mission of the players and parents is to represent The Club in keeping with the rules and conduct becoming the game, just as the Club represents the best interest of its players.  LVUSC's Board of Directors will act as the liaison to the governing boards of the state and various leagues in which The Club participates.  
Vision Statement
  • The Club will endeavor to initiate, develop and nurture ties with our constituents and the community.
  • LVUSC will strive to be a unified club in all apects of development, games and tournaments.
  • The Club strives to field a minimum of two teams per gender for each small sided age group (U8-U10) and one team per gender for each full sided age groups (U11 - U18). In addition, the Club strives to include as many LV residents as possible in the travel soccer program.
  • The Club supports the continued development of our players and coaches through the use of professional trainers.
  • The Club will work to ensure that we are providing a safe, competitive environment for our players and visiting teams.  We want Long Valley to continue to be a place other teams want to come and play.
  • The Club will smoothly integrate new teams into the club.
